Cleanliness: The hotel is super clean, with a professional and friendly staff that takes great care of the rooms and common areas. Hotel facilities: Although there is no pool or club inside the hotel, the bar food is excellent and the buffet breakfast is great. Location not close to public transport: This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions that this city has to offer. it's relatively close to the airport and the concert venue we were attending. Staff: The customer relations officer were very good too fix any issues that arose. The dining room staff was also really good, providing a perfect breakfast experience.
Not obvious to find: The hotel may be a bit tricky to locate initially, as it is not immediately apparent from the surrounding area.

This place was a great choice for my business trip. Its location was perfect, as it was close to both the airport and the city centre. The outstanding service provided by the staff made my stay extremely pleasant. The housekeeping and room service were excellent, ensuring that my room was always clean and comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised by the hotel's room amenities, including the mini-bar, in-room safe, and soundproofed rooms. The buffet breakfast had tasty options, and the staff made sure to accommodate any dietary restrictions. my experience here was very positive.

I had an really good experience at the Sana Metropolitan Hotel. The hospitality was great, with quick responses and a friendly public relations manager were really nice to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast selection was great, with delicious food. The rooms were kept impeccably clean by the attentive cleaning ladies. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as occasional slow service during breakfast and a shortage of manpower for luggage service, I would highly recommend this hotel.
